Our Classmate and friend passed away at the age of 72. 

"A loving husband, father and brother, John was born August 13th, 1945, in Berkeley CA, and passed away Saturday, September 2nd, 2017, in Glendale, AZ. He came to Arizona in 1973 where he began his career at Arizona Public Service Co, retiring in 2002 after nearly 30 years of service. John was a dedicated father and husband and his surviving children and grandchildren will continue to carry on his heartfelt and selfless love. He is survived by his wife Carol of 47 years, his brother Fred, of San Jose CA, his son Michael of Peoria AZ, daughter Tracy of Marysville, WA, and 4 grandchildren, Aiden, Samuel, Caitlin, and Ewan. A memorial service will be held at 11:00 a.m. Thursday, September 7th at Glendale Christian Church, 9661 N 59th Ave, Glendale AZ, 85302."
